Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Aziza Art. Every piece in this collection is created, packed, and shipped with care. Please review the details below to understand our process, policies, and how we’ll support you through shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 weeks for the shipment of purchased editions or products.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. During collection launches or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take additional time. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Estimated Delivery Windows

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping Costs​

  • We offer complimentary shipping for all domestic orders.  

  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All pieces are shipped directly from the studio of an artist.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after shipment.

If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. First check with neighbors, front desk, or building manager.

  2. Contact the shipping provider to file a missing package claim.

  3. Then, email us at info@azizaabdieva.com with your order number in the subject line and we’ll do our best to support the resolution.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

Every piece is carefully packaged using archival-safe, durable materials. But in rare cases, damage during transit may occur.

If this happens:

  1. Contact info@azizaabdieva.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging

If the piece is not a sold-out edition, we’ll do our best to offer a replacement or assist with a shipping claim. Replacements or refunds are at our discretion, depending on availability.

International Shipping + Customs

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at info@azizaabdieva.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • These are not included in your order total and may be collected upon delivery

  • Customs processing times vary and are beyond our control

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of each edition, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations may be requested before your order ships. After shipment, we’re unable to make changes.
